The prosecutor's office in Polish Peremyshl charged the driver of the Ukrainian bus, who brought to a car crash in the village of Leshchava-Dolna in Peremyshl district at night from 17 to 18 August.
As the deputy district attorney Beata Stazhetska-Skripets has informed, 42-year-old Nikolay L. on Sunday, August 19, was questioned and charged with a suspect. The man did not plead guilty and gave explanations, reports the Polish Radio.
According to the prosecutor, the suspect said that the road was heavy, and he was not acquainted with this route.

Beata Stazhetska-Skrzipets added that a forensic expert in the field of traffic assessed that the driver was traveling at a speed that was much higher than the one allowed in this place. According to preliminary data, this was 75 km / h.
Interrogation of a suspected citizen of Ukraine lasted more than 4 hours. The hearing was attended by an interpreter. The prosecutor's office will apply for his arrest for three months.
