Former First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ukrgazvydobuv, founder of the Insider Aleksei Tamrazov was detained while trying to give $ 200,000 in bribes to the prosecutor of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, the head of the GPU Yuriy Lutsenko said on his Facebook page.

"After the announcement of the bribe and the receipt of evidence, the former first deputy chairman of the board of Ukrhazdobycha, Tamrazov, was detained while trying to give undue profit in the amount of $ 200,000 to the GPU prosecutor for assistance in lifting the arrest from property in criminal proceedings related to the activities of the criminal organization [ex -President of Ukraine] Yanukovich Viktor Fedorovich, "- wrote Lutsenko.

Tamrazov worked as the first deputy chairman of the board of Ukrhazvydobuv "in the period from 2010 to 2014.
