07. 08. 2018 by the verdict of the Belotserkovsky district court of the Kiev region, junior sergeant C. one of the military units g. White Church for the commission of a criminal offense provided for. 4 items. 407 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, sentenced to imprisonment for 3 years 1 month.

It was established that the accused C. , being a serviceman of military service of the Armed Forces under the contract and passing military service at the disposal of the commander of the military unit, in early October of 2017 did not appear on time from leave to service without valid reasons.

Later, a man, violating the military statutes and laws of Ukraine, shied away from service for more than 4 months, spending time at his discretion.

The court took into account all the indisputable arguments of the public prosecutor - the military prosecutor's office of the Belotserkovsky garrison of the Central region of Ukraine. Also, when assigning punishment, the court took into account that the said serviceman had been convicted earlier for committing a similar crime, and this criminal offense was committed during the period of the probationary period.
