The Consulate General of Russia in Texas in Houston was forced to close because of the flooding on the city. This is reported in the Twitter microblogging Twitter. The city authorities warn the city's residents that some roads are closed and advised to be alert and due to a natural disaster. Emergency services ask citizens to refrain from traveling on cars and not to try to travel outside of blocked areas. Currently, Houston plunges into the water after the last showers: the flooded cars, basements of buildings and the lower floors, the channel "360".
