Six passengers run aground ship hospitalized

At noon local time on Sunday, on the Lena River in Yakutia, the ship "Raketa-269" with 55 passengers and 4 crew members on board ran aground. The motor ship belonging to LLC "Passenger Radio Control" was sent along the route Sangar - Yakutsk.

The emergency occurred 130 kilometers before reaching Yakutsk, near the village of Maimaga Nam district. On board there are victims with bruises and fractures. Six people, including a small child, were hospitalized in hospitals in Yakutsk and Namsky CRH, depending on the type of injury. Patients in serious condition are not present.

Upon the fact of PE, a pre-investigation check is carried out. Based on its results, a procedural decision will be taken. The vessel with a shallow shoal was removed with the help of another vessel passing by, the holes do not have.

Passengers who were not injured were taken to Yakutsk by another vessel.

The Center for Disaster Medicine formed and directed a medical team from the doctor of a traumatologist, an anesthesiologist-resuscitator and a paramedic to the scene of the incident.

Earlier on June 29 in Irkutsk there was a fire on the ship "Barguzin" with 78 passengers on board. The ship returned to the pier, the passengers were promptly evacuated, there were no casualties. The fire on the ship is liquidated.
