On June 28, at about 9:00, a message was received by the Kiev Police Department that a woman's body with signs of violent death was found in an apartment along Friendship Street. The police found that the woman was injured on June 25. On that day she, along with her acquaintance, was on a visit with the owner of the apartment. The company drank alcohol. Between the woman and her 41-year-old acquaintance a conflict arose. As a result, the man stabbed her in the thigh and ran away.
Employees of the Kiev police department have located the attacker's location. He was a previously convicted local resident.
The man was detained in the procedure of Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He was informed of the suspicion of committing a crime under part 1 of Article 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A man faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
The owner of housing spent almost three days with the deceased woman in the apartment. He was in a state of intoxication. Now the question of communicating to him about the suspicion in refusing to help the victim, which led to her death.
