A cunning Kharkov grandfather put cars on consular accounts

The Kharkov regional prosecutor's office No. 4 sent a criminal charge to the Moscow District Court of Kharkov against a 73-year-old man suspected of fraud and forgery of documents of the consular departments of Ukraine and Poland (art.. 190 and art.. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the head of the local prosecutor's office Vladimir Kupriyanov, the pre-trial investigation found that the pensioner staked fake stamps of consular departments in the passport of Ukrainian citizens so that those who are "non-residents of the country" imported cars of foreign registration, bypassing the customs fee.

It is interesting that the scheme of the illegal statement on the consular account of an auto was exposed in the autumn of last year.

"His services offered by the Ukrainian through online ads. For a thousand dollars, he promised the clients to officially place them on the consular account of Poland and make the appropriate passports in the passport.

These stamps would enable not only to import cars into Ukraine without customs clearance and registration, but also to export them for the territory only once a year and to return unhindered, "said Kupriyanov.

At the malefactor at detention have withdrawn the client passport with "fake" marks in it, money for service and presses which actually had no attitude to official structures of other states.

The maximum sanction of articles provides imprisonment for 8 years.
