In the Chernivtsi region, a group of 20 people attacked a border patrol that persecuted violators. The unidentified people blocked the way for servicemen, blocked their movement and tried to carry out a group attack.

The incident occurred around 16:00 Tuesday, June 19, in the Storozhynets district, the press service of the State Fire Service.

The wounded man was hospitalized and provided him with the necessary medical care.

The incident was reported to the police and other law enforcement agencies.

The SBSU clarified that the conflict occurred during the implementation of measures to counter organized crime at the state border.
