"In the residential quarter of the village, terrorists blew up an explosive device, from which local residents were injured. The Russian invaders resort to similar crimes against civilians in order to discredit the United forces and intimidate the citizens, "the OOS report reads.

The Joint Forces Command emphasizes that it takes all possible measures to preserve the life of citizens on both sides of the line of demarcation, does not fire at civilian settlements, does not place the positions of subdivisions in residential neighborhoods and next to them.

"The terrorist attack of Russian-occupation troops in the settlement of Golubovskoye is yet another proof of the violation of the norms of the International Humanitarian Law and the military crime of the occupants against the civilian population," emphasizes the command of the OOS.
