In the capital's metro cadets of the Military Institute of the Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University massively jumped through the turnstiles to not pay for the journey.

The incident occurred the other day at the station "Exhibition Center". The clip shows how a group of young people in camouflage uniforms jumps over turnstiles. At this point you can hear the alarm.

Video with violators was reposted by the press-secretary of the Moscow subway Natalia Makogon.

According to her, the controller at the station called the police, and the subway reported cadets-violators to the leadership of the Military Institute of the KNU.

According to Ukrainian legislation, travel by subway for cadets should be compensated by a budgetary institution, and student travel can be ordered by the institution itself.

"According to the current legislation, travel to them (cadets) must directly compensate for the budget institution, that is, payment in the subway is carried out on general grounds, and not by jumping through the turnstile," explained Makogon.
