SBU denied the information that the participant in the fighting in Donbass Volunteer Alexei Tsymbalyuk is the "murderer" of journalist Arkady Babchenko.
This was stated by the SBU press secretary Alena Gitlyanskaya.
"Today mistakenly misled the public about the role of Tsymbalyuk in the special operation of the SBU. I'm sorry, he really is a figurant of the case. In the park, the colleague's reply did not correctly interpret that it is not yet worthwhile to sound the name in the interests of the investigation. Who does not work, he is not mistaken. Once again I apologize! ", - wrote Gitslyanskaya in Facebook.
Earlier today, the ATU participant Alex Tsymbalyuk said that he is a "killer" of Babchenko and shared his own photo-identification on the day of the "murder".
