The attackers left the scene of the crime and intended to leave Kharkov.

At the same time, when they were pursued by the police, they tried to tear themselves away for 10 minutes, but stopped at the railway crossing on Nekrasov Street, where they were detained.

The court found both men guilty of committing a crime by h. 3 items. 289 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and appointed one of them a sentence of seven years and one month of imprisonment without confiscation of property, the second - seven years of imprisonment without confiscation of property.
