A package with a herb of a dark green color with a specific smell, seized a joint order for the protection of public order in Slavyansk.

A joint outfit of police officers and the National Guard, performing tasks in the area of ??the operation of the joint forces, drew attention to a young man who was constantly changing his route at the intersection of Vasilievsky and Universitetskaya streets and behaved inadequately.

According to law enforcers, the guy was nervous and provoked representatives of the law.

Later, in the presence of the investigative-operative group, he was found a plant mixture, probably narcotic substance. This happened on the evening of May 18.

The investigative-operative group handed material evidence to the forensic medical examination. Now the offense is qualified by part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. And this means that a detainee may face three years of imprisonment for 5 grams of narcotic substance, of course, in the case of proof of his guilt.
