The head of the SBU Vasily Hrytsak does not exclude that the poisoning of children in Cherkassy school No. 8 was the deliberate act of unknown persons. He said this at a briefing in Cherkassy.

At the same time, Gritsak stressed that the case for poisoning children is being investigated by the police, and the SBU is only helping her.

"We do not investigate this incident, but within the framework of the assistance we give to the police, I can say that, of course, we do not rule out such a version - deliberate actions by unidentified persons who committed this crime". - said Gritsak.

Presumably, the children were poisoned by an unknown chemical substance.

For today 22 schoolchildren have already been discharged from the hospital.
