"On April 11 at 8. 00 in the duty part of the Moscow district police department received information from a passerby that under the bridge in Feuerbach Square lies a suspicious bag, "- said in a statement.

According to the head of the police department Yevgeny Draki, a man's body was found in the sack, in his clothes documents were found in the name of the Kharkiv citizen of 1967.

As it turned out later, the owner of the found pension certificate is alive!.
