The verdict of the Volchanskiy District Court of Kharkiv on March 28 was published in the Single Register of Judicial Decisions, transfers Depo. Kharkiv.

According to the court, the Russian made several thefts of road signs on the roads of the Kharkov region.

In particular, on the evening of October 2, 2017, a man stole a road sign that was installed at the checkpoint "Chugunovka" on the route Kharkiv-Volchansk. The malefactor shook the counter on which there was a sign, stole it and handed it over to scrap metal.

After that, for the period from October 12 to October 25, the man stole five more characters.

The attacker inflicted several thousand hryvnia damage on the branch "Volchanskiy ravtopower".

The court found the man guilty of committing a crime by h. 1, 2 st. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of four years imprisonment with a probation period of two years.

The convict partially reimbursed the damage, the civil suit was not declared in the case.
