The day before, unscheduled inspections of fire safety systems of SEC "CARAVAN" in the Dnieper, Kharkov and Kiev. The purpose of the events was to prevent the possible emergence of emergency situations of a different nature - the "Chief" was informed in the office of the Director General of the Center.

As part of the inspection, work was carried out to check all security systems in the SEC "CARAVAN", namely: the functioning of evacuation routes, the availability of primary firefighting facilities in the premises, the readiness of the maintenance personnel of the SEC to respond adequately to any incidents. No violations found.

Certified central fire alarm stations "EST 3", manufactured by EST International (Canada), have been installed in the SEC "Karavan". Fire alarm systems «Vellez». Fire protection systems consist of a fire alarm system, a fire alarm system, an automatic fire extinguishing system, a smoke removal system.

All SEC "Caravan" are divided into fire compartments, which are separated by fire barriers and ceilings with standardized fire resistance limits.

In the event of a fire, a fire protection system is triggered in one of the SEC blocks and this block is cut off from other fire barriers (fire gates, curtains), which prevents the spread of fire throughout the mall.

Work on the maintenance of fire protection systems is carried out only by specialized organizations that have a license from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Planned checks of the health of fire protection systems at the mall are carried out monthly. At least once every three months, unscheduled inspections of all systems are carried out.

In addition to the automatic fire protection system in the mall, there are primary fire extinguishing means: fire cranes, which are equipped with powder fire extinguishers and fire hoses for launching water.

On the perimeter of the mall there are hydrants for water intake by fire trucks in case of fire situation.
