In the Vladimir region there was a horrible incident. A crowd of ninth-graders beat a disabled boy who was two years younger than them. In the evening a schoolboy was caught by a small company. They forced him to apologize for something, but the answer did not satisfy them: shots came from all sides.
The boy fell to the ground and asked to stop beating, but they did not stop. Even the girl who shot the video was allowed to hit the already lying child several times, informs "The Fifth Channel".
