In Yakutsk, Russians continue to search for precious metals and stones that fell from the An-12 plane as a result of breakage of cargo hatch doors.

The corresponding video was published by eyewitnesses, who became accidental witnesses of the "gold rush".

They can see how people are wandering around the snow-covered fields, looking for gold, platinum or diamonds in the snowdrifts that were on board the aircraft.

It is worth noting that, according to official figures, at this time, it was possible to find 172 ingots weighing 20 kg.

How much of all the precious metal and stones was lost, it is not known, however there were about nine tons of cargo on board the aircraft.

Earlier it was reported that at the airport of Russian Yakutsk near the An-12 plane during takeoff a part of the cargo hatch was disrupted, as a result of which gold and platinum ingots and diamonds began to drop out onto the runway and nearby fields.
