A citizen of Ukraine, who was traveling to Russia on his own car, during the oral declaration stated that there were no objects banned or restricted for movement across the customs border of Ukraine. But when carrying out customs control, taking into account the information of law enforcement bodies, in the pockets of the man's jacket were found orders and medals of the Second World War in the amount of 73 units and 9 order books.
Thus, a citizen of Ukraine committed actions aimed at moving goods across the customs border of Ukraine with concealment from customs control using a method that makes it difficult to identify such goods.
With respect to the offender, a protocol was drawn up on the violation of customs regulations in accordance with Part 1 of Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
