According to preliminary information, the incident occurred during the time when a man tried to cross the road, when he was almost hit by a foreign car, in which were the persons involved in the case. As a result, between the men there was a squabble, three young men got out of the car and began to threaten the people of Odessa with knife violence. The man managed to photograph the license plate of the transport and call the police.

Law enforcers succeeded in finding a car in hot pursuit. It turned out that all three hooligans are Russian citizens. During the search, they seized cold weapons and documents.
