As the press service of the State Emergency Service in the Transcarpathian region, already in place rescuers established that the fire began at about nine o'clock in the evening on the first floor of a six-story building. At the time of the fire in the room, there was no one.

The corridors of the hostel were filled with smoke, so rescuers immediately began to take people to fresh air.

Within an hour, the fire, with the strength of 20 personnel, three basic units and one special unit, was completely eliminated.

Now the police determine the cause of the fire and the amount of damage.
