As the head of the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Sumy region Elvira Biganova reported, the body of the guy found a passer-by.

The investigative-operative group of police, having arrived on a place, ascertained the fact of death. On this fact, a criminal case was opened in the Murder of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, while law enforcement officers are inclined to the suicide version.

This version is the main one, because the interviewed relatives and close guys claimed that recently he was in a depressed state, - noted Biganova.

Recall, a 10-year-old girl, found on the eve of a house hanged in the attic in the village of Nova Ivanovka of the Artsz district of the Odessa region, did not commit suicide. According to the police, during the game the child shoved his head into the ring of an insulated wire tied to the wooden attic support. After that the girl allegedly staggered and fell, hitting a loop.
