The Security Service of Ukraine in the period from 2014 to 2017 banned the entry into the country's territory of 303 citizens of foreign countries, most of whom are Russians. This is reported by "112 Ukraine" with reference to the SBU.

As noted, the relevant list does not include persons involved in terrorist activities.

The agency explained that the decision to ban entry to the territory of Ukraine is taken individually for each foreign citizen "in the presence of information on the facts of committing a socially dangerous act", contrary to the interests of ensuring the security of the country. In this case, the place of committing a "dangerous act" does not matter.
