Early in the morning on January 31 at 318 km of the M 21 highway in the Rostov region there was an accident - a regular bus from Saratov to Rostov-on-Don, drove into a ditch and overturned.

The driver failed to manage. In the cabin were 31 passengers and two drivers. Four died on the spot, later another passenger died in the hospital. Among the dead one girl is four years old.

Another 15 people with injuries of different severity were hospitalized in Belokalitvinskaya CRH and the central city hospital of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. Among the victims, too, is a child. Bus drivers did not suffer.

Rescuers and police officers worked at the scene, the circumstances of what happened.

SC instituted criminal proceedings under part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "violation of traffic rules and the operation of vehicles, which caused by negligence the death of two or more persons". According to preliminary data, the driver is guilty of a driver.
