According to the decree of NKREC # 2494, "Kievoblgaz" distributes gas to consumers, including thermal energy producers, in the presence of confirmed limits of natural gas for the relevant billing period.

"Because of the lack of natural gas volumes confirmed by NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine for January 2018, the Housing and Communal Services Department of Slavutych has no grounds for further distribution of natural gas volumes," the press service said..

Also in "Kievoblgaz" they added that they had to stop gas supply for Slavutich, since the further use of the gas distribution system is an unauthorized gas withdrawal and violates the current legislation.
