It is reported that the experts of the laboratory of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons managed to find out that the markers on the samples from Guta completely coincide with the places of other chemical attacks. In particular, in Khan Al-Asal in March 2013 and Khan-Sheikhun in April 2017.

Relevant information is the main part of the report of the OPCW commission for the United Nations on the chemical attack in Khan Sheikhun. At that time, responsibility was assigned to the troops of Assad, reports Reuters.

As is known, the results of analyzes of markers from Guta were not included in the report at that time, since the mandate of the commission did not apply to this.

In this regard, independent experts also insist that these findings are the strongest scientific evidence to date that the Syrian government is responsible for the chemical attack in Guta.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform," the UN Security Council plans to vote on a resolution that provides for the extension of the investigation of chemical attacks in Syria.
