The Dnieper patrol policemen grabbed the suicide leg and clothes when he jumped out of the window. The rescuer was transferred to psychiatrists, Pavel Karmanov, the press officer of the patrol police of the Dnieper, said on the air of the TV channel "112 Ukraine".

The man was hanging from a 10-story building. The patrolmen kept him about 7 minutes. All this time persuaded to give a hand to drag into the apartment.

Law enforcers caused rapid psychiatric care, the man was hospitalized.
