The Ministry of Justice announced the search for all 160 buses of the largest Lviv carrier - municipal ATP-1.

This is reported by the publication "zaxid. net "with reference to the head of the enterprise Oreste Hamula.

It is noted that the Ministry of Justice ordered the police to detain these buses, deliver them to the penalty area and seize documents on them.

Hamula said that Lviv police have already detained seven public buses.

According to him, such actions are connected with the refusal of the Lviv City Council to pay a debt of UAH 28 million to Lviv Bus Plant LLC for the purchased in 2009-2010 32 buses.

The publication reports that the decision to advertise all 160 ATP-1 buses, which the court seized in October, the Department of Executive Enforcement of the Department of the State Executive Service of the Ministry of Justice adopted on December 28.

Also there add that on December 25 Lviv city council plans to accept a memorandum, which recognizes a debt of 28 million and undertakes to pay 20.3 million hryvnia.
