In Serov, two local residents kidnapped their friend. They took him in a trunk to a private house and held him there. Perhaps the man was beaten. On this fact a criminal case was filed. "A" h. 2 items. 126 of the Criminal Code (kidnapping, committed by a group of persons on a preliminary conspiracy).

As reported in the SS SK of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, on the afternoon of January 14, 2018, young people aged 29 and 30, being in a state of intoxication, arrived by car in a house along Ordzhonikidze Street, where a man of the 1988 birth. Attackers, using physical force, took him outside and pushed him into the trunk of his car. After that the victim was taken to one of the private houses in Serov, where they held the man before his release by police officers.

"Several police outfits were promptly sent to the scene of the incident. The crew of the traffic police, consisting of senior lieutenant Andrei Svetlichny and lieutenant Pavel Chekletsov patrolling the area on the right bank of the Kakvy river, noticed the concealed foreign car and stopped it, but there was no kid in the car, as well as the kidnappers themselves. In the course of further investigative measures, the internal affairs agencies calculated and detained a dubious company in a house on Kolkhoznaya Street and released the victim.

On his body, there were injuries, so the man had to be delivered to help the city hospital, "- said the spokesman Sverdlovsk police Valery Gorelykh.

The detainees were local residents of 1987 and 1988 years of birth. One of them worked as an advertising manager at a commercial enterprise, has a criminal record for drug trafficking. He was released from the IC of Nizhny Tagil in 2016. The second officially did not work anywhere.

With regard to both intruders, at the request of the investigator of the Court of Cassation, the court elected a preventive measure in the form of detention.
