According to the Department of Civil Protection of the Lviv Regional State Administration, about four o'clock in the morning the hospital received a message that eight people were poisoned with carbon monoxide in a house on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street.

In particular, one child born in 2007 was born, one was born in 2008, three children were born in 2009. Also affected three people in 1974, 1978 and 1982 respectively. One of the adults refused to go to hospital.
