According to preliminary information, the incident occurred at three o'clock in the morning in the Shevchenko district of the capital. Two men piled on the passerby and struck him several blows on the head, the man fainted. The victim with a craniocerebral injury was hospitalized in the hospital. When the victim regained consciousness, then he did not find any phone or money with him, he immediately turned to the police.

A few hours later, law enforcers in the same area found two teenagers 16 and 17 years old in a state of intoxication.
