Law enforcers found that a 15-year-old guy pulled his father's gun and accidentally shot his friend in the head. From the injuries the minor died on the spot.

It is known that the IZh-17 hunting rifle was not registered in accordance with the laws. Therefore, the boy's father will be brought to administrative responsibility for improper storage of weapons.

On the fact of murder through negligence, criminal proceedings are open. A man faces a prison sentence of between three and five years.
