According to preliminary information, in one of the apartments of a multi-storey building there was a squabble between a 28-year-old local resident and his 31-year-old female partner. As a result of the squabble, the man grabbed the knife and hit the woman several times in the chest. The victim did not wait for the ambulance and died of blood loss. During the preliminary investigation it was found that both tenants used alcohol in large quantities.
The man himself confessed to the deed, now he is being held in custody and preparing a measure of restraint. He faces 15 years of imprisonment in a strict-security prison.
