Kiev's Shevchenkivskyi District Court dismissed Oleg Geban and Sergei Kostenko, accused of attempted murder of activists of EuroMaidan.

The court found that on February 17, 2014, Krysin agreed for a cash consideration of 20,000. to collect a group of "titles" to counteract activists of EuroMaidan. On February 18, he and his accomplices gathered at the Mikhailovskaya Square in Kiev to block and beat the protesters.

The court considered that the actions of Ratin fall under h. 4 items. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. The prosecutor's office asked him to appoint him 6 years in prison.
