The incident occurred on the street of Culture about nine in the morning. On arrival, the scene of the incident, law enforcement officers and a sapper group found that the transport exploded as a result of objects attached to it in advance. The explosive itself was activated by means of a special controller. As it turned out, the car was blown up by the head of the operational development department in the eastern region of Nikolai Cheremukhin. At the moment, the investigative-operational group is working at the explosion site, which establishes all the circumstances of detonation.
The police believe that the car bombing can be associated with the professional work of Cheryomukhin.
