Between the group of people there was a verbal skirmish, after which the man barricaded himself in the salon and started threatening with police shooting, the attacker refused to comply with the demand of the police.

Soldiers of the special subdivision KORD conducted an assault on the premises and arrested a man. At the moment, the operational plan "Thunder" has been introduced in the city, operatives set all the circumstances of the squabble.

The policeman was also detained by several other people involved in the incident.

Attacker faces seven years in prison. None of the civilians and police were injured.
