It is reported that Major-General Andrei Alimpiev, the head of the Kharkov National Air Force University named after Kozhedub, is charged with creating a fraudulent scheme with the aim of laundering money for the purchase of fuel and fuel for university equipment. According to preliminary data, he caused losses to the state for more than two and a half million hryvnia.

Attorney General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko notes that his department will apply for Alimpiev's arrest and removal from his post.
