The Federal Security Service of Russia suppressed illegal activity of the conspicuous cell of the movement "Art Preparation". The organization planned on November 4 and 5 to set fire to the administrative buildings and commit attacks on police officers. All members of the cell were detained, 15 bottles with incendiary mixture were seized during the search, the FSB. With regard to detained extremists, the issue of initiating a criminal case under the article "The Terrorist Act". The unregistered interregional public movement ArtProduction was created by Vyacheslav Maltsev with the aim of organizing a "revolution" in Russia, the FSB noted..
