The Investigative Committee for the Sverdlovsk Region charged the well-known Yekaterinburg lawyer Boris Iskandaryan. Criminal case instituted on h. 4 items. 291. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mediation in bribery committed in a particularly large amount).

It is also explained there that Boris Iskandaryan was detained by officers of the FSB of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region at the time of transferring him some of the money.
