A spokesman for the governor of the Vladimir region Rita Shlyakhova told RIA Novosti that among the dead were 15 citizens of Uzbekistan.
"Last night, a bus with Kazakh numbers, in which citizens of Uzbekistan rode, was driving around the cork in Orekhovsky, at the crossing the bus stopped.
