A peculiar exchange of experience between specialists in professions designed to serve people was held for the first time.

Specialists of the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine conducted instructive demonstrations to eliminate the consequences of dangerous situations for the staff of the Patrol Police Department in the city of Kharkov and patrol policemen.

According to the press service of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, during training trainings that took place on the basis of the higher educational institution of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations, the actions of the patrol police patrol to help the victims on the water, in a traffic accident. Specialists of the University demonstrated the order and tactics of using primary fire extinguishers (using powder fire extinguishers) during the fire extinguishing at its initial stage of development, as well as conducted a master class on providing home health care to victims in road accidents.

"Such measures on interaction of both services - patrol and rescue teams - in working out actions to eliminate the consequences of unforeseen situations are useful and cognitive, and the exchange of experience will contribute to better and timely provision of assistance to the victims as a result of any situations," said the acting head of the Office patrol police in the city of Kharkov, the Department of Patrol Police Alexei Nikolaev.
