A terrible accident occurred in Vladivostok: a 33-year-old driver of a Honda car drove out of the parking lot of a shopping center to two women with baby carriages, the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Primorsky Territory.

Two half-year-old babies were taken to the hospital, the doctors found a concussion in one of them, another had a brain contusion, both children were sent for outpatient treatment.

According to the department, the driving experience of the perpetrator of the accident is 15 years. This year, he was twice brought to administrative responsibility for exceeding the established speed and non-observance of the rules of the road. It is noted that there is no alcohol in the blood of the driver. Against a man, an administrative case was filed under the article "Violation of traffic rules, which resulted in causing minor or moderate harm to the health of the victim".
