The Pakistani border guards of the Punjab region were forced to respond by fire to shelling Indian civilians with civilians, the Pakistani military.

On the contrary, the Indian military department reported a violation of the ceasefire by Pakistan. Both states accuse each other of shelling.



Recall that since the second half of the twentieth century, the Kashmir region is a disputed territory between Pakistan and India. This became possible due to the division of the country into two parts - Muslim Pakistan and Hindu India.

This is not the first time an escalation of the border conflict. Both states consider the Kashmiri region their ancestral land.

As reported in "URA-Inform", a few months ago in the Indian part of Kashmir on the border with Pakistan, there was a shootout. As a result of shooting, seven people died.
