According to the data - at about 11 pm in Kharkov, near the building on the street Latvian men quarreled. And soon one of them scored his friend 27 years before his death. After this, the person from the scene of events disappeared.
Law enforcement officers managed to detain an intruder. On the fact of the murder, production was already opened - under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the country (premeditated murder). A man faces a prison sentence of up to 15 years.
