As law enforcers established, on the territory of the inoperative mine in the village of Gribovitsa in Ivanichevsky district, work is underway to eliminate economic and administrative premises.

During the bypass of the territory, a collapse of the surface complex of the mine occurred, resulting in the death of a 38-year-old employee of the enterprise who carried out the work on the eradication of structures.

Now on this fact the investigators started criminal proceedings. The sanction of the article, in particular, provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to seven years. Moreover, the pre-trial investigation continues.
