In Kirovgrad, a previously convicted local resident stole Zhiguli and rammed several cars parked in the yard of the house at the address: February, 27.

As reported in the department for the propaganda of the UGIBDD GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, early in the morning the detachment of the DGSDBDD MWD of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia Kirovgradskoe from the operative duty officer received information that a road accident occurred in front of the house of one of the houses. The driver of the VAZ-21063 crashed into parked cars.

"It was established that the driver who is in the salon of the Zhiguli is not the owner and does not have documents for the right to drive. In addition, the young man was in a state of intoxication, which was confirmed by an examination. During the inspection of the car by police officers, there were obvious signs of theft: the twisting of wires on the ignition key without a key. This police officers immediately reported to the police on duty, "- noted in the State Traffic Inspectorate.

When clarifying the circumstances, it was found that a 20-year-old resident of Kirovgrad, who had been repeatedly convicted for property crimes, along with his acquaintance, drank alcohol.

After the acquaintance fell asleep, the young man stole his car.

Now a criminal case has been opened against the suspect on the basis of the elements of the offense provided for. 1 st. 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Unlawful seizure of a vehicle or other vehicle without the purpose of theft". The sanction of this article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years.
