It turned out that on September 11 at about nine in the morning on the highway "Novovolynsk-Balt" near the village of Pirvance the car of the Opel Vectra brand crashed into a horse-drawn cart. As a result, five citizens were immediately injured. Some were soon taken to the hospital. At the wheel of the car was a 42-year-old resident of Gorokhov.
