The incident occurred during the demonstration of flights on the "open day" in a military garrison near the city of Liege. The pilot fell out when the helicopter was at a height of several hundred meters.

According to Belgian media, referring to the official representative of the national armed forces, at the time of the incident there were only two pilots on board. The second of them after the incident landed a helicopter without complications.

At the same time, according to him, the exact circumstances of the incident are not yet clear. It is known only that the fallen pilot did not have a parachute.

Now began the search for the missing pilot.
