For the last week in the Sverdlovsk region in the accident 13 children got, they all got injuries. Four children suffered as pedestrians, three more - on bicycles, the rest of the children were passengers of cars.
On the eve, there were just two accidents, in which injuries were given to 6-year-old children. In Berezovsky, the driver of the Mercedes car allowed a run on a child who ran across the roadway outside the pedestrian crossing. As a result of an accident, the child received a concussion and a bruised forehead injury.
When clarifying the circumstances of the accident, it is established that two children have almost run across the road when the foreign driver gave them a signal. This frightened one of the boys and instead of quickly completing the road, he ran back. It was at this point that he was hit by a car.
In such cases, drivers of vehicles should assess the situation, and make the right choice for further actions on the road, especially when it concerns children. If the driver did not frighten the child with a sharply signaled signal, then the child would safely cross the road.
Of course, in this case, work will also be carried out with the parents of a small pedestrian who were not near him at the time of the accident. The issue of bringing them to administrative responsibility for improper upbringing of a minor.
Another accident in which a 6-year-old bicyclist was injured occurred yesterday in Kachkanar. The driver of the car VAZ-2115 at the exit from the road to the adjacent territory, did not give way to a bicyclist who crossed the yard. As a result of an accident, the child received a hip fracture and was hospitalized in a hospital.
Traffic police officers who arrived at the scene of the accident, found that at the time of the accident the child was with his father. Together they rode bicycles. The boy's father explained that this is not the first bike tour, the boy had always stayed in places where it was necessary to walk on foot, driving a bicycle nearby. It was today that the boy went ahead of his father and did not stop before the courtyard passage.
In this case, there is also the fault of the father who did not control the movement of the child on the bicycle: moving near them, or, better still, choosing another, safer place for biking, the accident could not be at all.
